The day is out
And yet the night is still
Up and upbeat
Yesterday woke up
In shadows of greyness
Of past voids recently awoken
Rain was wrong
Ashamed of wettening the ground
And my heart sank
Coming back to the depths of oceanic floods
What does it rain wrong here?
The day is out and my
Night is still up and upbeat
I came north and I fell
As before when a train
Took you away down south
I guess I still like you
